WARREN COUNTY SHERIFF

On Nov. 22, 2022 at approximately 11:30am, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office received a report of a domestic incident which had occurred earlier in the evening at 3328 State Route 9, Apartment 10, in the Town of Lake George. Upon a police investigation it was determined that Trey M. Laraway, 30, of Lake George, had engaged in a violent physical altercation inside of the residence with a female. Laraway was arrested and charged with felony counts of 2nd Deg. Strangulation, 2nd Deg. Assault, and Aggravated Family Offense, as well as misdemeanor Unlawful Imprisonment and two counts of 4th Deg. Criminal Mischief. Trey Laraway was arraigned in Court and remanded to the Warren County Correctional Facility for lack of bail.

On Nov. 24, 2022, at approximately 02:40am, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office responded to the area of Ridge Rd. and Pilot Knob Rd. in the Town of Queensbury for a report of a one-car property damage motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival, officers located the vehicle, which was unoccupied and crashed into the guardrail off of the southbound lane on Ridge Rd. Officers located the vehicle’s operator–Rachel S. Poladian, 46, of Queensbury–approximately a quarter-mile from the crash scene, and upon further investigation police determined Poladian was intoxicated. Poladian submitted a breath sample at the police station which yielded a .28 of 1% blood alcohol concentration. She was processed for Driving while Intoxicated, Aggravated DWI above a .18, leaving the scene of a property damage motor vehicle accident, and failure to keep right. She was released with an appearance ticket to appear in the Town of Queensbury Court on a later date.
