WARREN COUNTY SHERIFF
On Dec. 6, 2022, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office arrested Isaiah N. Gregory, 22, of Glens Falls in connection with a robbery that took place nearly a month earlier. On Nov. 9, Gregory entered the Cumberland Farms store on Quaker Rd. in Queensbury, disguised his appearance, brandished a handgun at the clerk, forcibly stole money and fled the scene. Through the course of the ongoing investigation, the Warren County Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Unit developed information and leads which linked Gregory to the robbery. He was charged with one count of 1st Deg. Robbery and arraigned at Warren County CAP Court and remanded to the Warren County Correctional Facility in lieu of $25,000 cash bail / $50,000 bond. He is scheduled to appear in Queensbury Town Court on December 12, 2022 at 9:00am. The case was investigated by members of the Warren County Sheriff’s Office Patrol Division and Criminal Investigations Unit.
On Dec. 7, 2022, the Warren County Sheriff’s Narcotics Enforcement Unit arrested Sara M. Seymour of Queensbury for selling Methamphetamine in Lake George and Bail Jumping for failure to appear on pending felony charges out of Queensbury. During a joint investigation conducted by the Warren and Saratoga County Sheriff’s Offices, Seymour sold Methamphetamine to a police informant on two separate occasions during a controlled drug buy operation. Following her arrest, it was discovered that Seymour had bench warrants out of Queensbury and Lake George Town Courts for failing to appear on felony charges of Identity Theft and Grand Larceny. Seymour failed to show up for court proceedings on at least 4 separate court dates, all of which Seymour was released upon her own recognizances. Seymour was charged with two counts of 5th Deg. Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance, a class D Felony, and 2nd Deg. Bail Jumping, also a class D Felony. She was arraigned at Warren County Court for the drug charges and remanded to the custody of the Warren County Correctional Facility for lack of $10,000 cash bail / $30,000 bond. Seymour was later taken before CAP court for arraignment on the Bail Jumping charge and bail was set at $5,000 cash or $10,000 bond.
